Course Description The course frames the general aspects of climatology and hydrology at the urban scale. After an introduction to the role of climatology (factors that determine the earth's climate: relationship between climate and climate, the main components of climate, scales, feedback, classifications, weather data and climate data) and urban hydrology (water cycle, distribution space-time, atmospheric, surface and underground waters, rivers and streams, city waters) the course pays particular attention to the aspects related to the impact of global warming on water governance at an urban scale and its implications on well-being and on the economy .
